Millien Security Training Academy, Inc. provides Class “D, G & Conceal Weapon” licenses for your convenience. With instructors who are fully committed to instilling security awareness, Millien Security Training Academy, Inc. follows The Chapter 493, Florida Statutes, as a guideline to:
1) Successful completion of 24 hours of training class D license before initial application for a class D license; or
2) Successful completion of 24 hours of training and 16 hours of training upon the first application for renewal Class "D" license.

Where a license has been revoked or has been expired for 1 year or longer is considered, upon reapplication for a license, an initial applicant, and must submit proof of successful completion of 40 hours of professional training at a school or training facility licensed by the department.

Millien Security Training Academy, Inc. provides a convenient schedule to meet your training requirements.  We are open seven (7) days a week.

To meet the 40 hour requirement for unarmed security training before initial application, candidates need to pass our security school test at the end of our training which has been approved by Division of Licensing. An important change has been posted on Division of licensing website

“Effective January 1st, 2012, this deferral of the 16 hours of training will no longer be possible. An individal applying for a Class “D” license will be required to submit proof of having completed all 40 hours training at the time of application.”
